The Rock Island station in Davenport, across the river from the Rock Island station, of similar grandeur and size. The Golden State stopped at both stations.

Awesome picture, I have old postcards of this depot but this is by far the best photograph I've seen of it. Living near Davenport I understand why the building was demolished but just think what might have been if it could've been saved and restored.
